District Plan for Shared Decision-Making: School-Based Planning and Shared Decision Making is a process designed to involve representatives from all stakeholder groups in significant decisions about their schools.  As required by Section 100.11 of the Education Commissioner’s Regulations, the Board of Education was required to develop and adopt a district plan for the participation by professional staff and parents with administrators and school board members in school-based planning and shared decision-making. 2024-2026 Shared Decision-making Plan 
 
District-Wide School Safety Plan: The purpose of this plan is to provide a coordinated interagency response to critical incidents occurring in the East Syracuse Minoa School District. 2024-25 District-Wide Safety Plan Adopted 7-8-24
 
District Plan for Students with Disabilities: The 2023-25 ESM District Special Education Plan (PDF) is a programmatic depiction of the special education continuum of services that have been developed and continue to be assessed yearly based on the programmatic needs of the current special education students.

ESM School Reopening Plan: Reopening Plan for 23-24 (updated Aug. 21, 2023)  ESM The original plan was developed by a District Advisory Committee of more than 150 stakeholders who shared their time, expertise and perspectives. More than 7,000 students, parents and staff members provided feedback and input through multiple surveys/questionnaires. The plan recognizes the need for flexibility to address circumstances likely to change in the weeks, months and year ahead. Reopening Plan for the 22-23 School Year Updated 2-6-23 

Technology Integration Plan: The purpose of the Technology Integration Plan is to transform the learning process by seamless technology integration, as we continue to support all learners by providing the necessary resources and guidance for all learners. 

NYSED Approved Educator Evaluation Plan: The purpose of the Educator Evaluation Plan is to be used as a resource when calculating scores and ratings for teachers and principals and when submitting staff evaluation data to NYSED.
